Unit is pet friendly - please be considerate of other guests and keep pets off furniture and bedding. Please note that parking for the unit is separate to the parking for the house. Be mindful of guests using the house during your stay. There is no fenced yard, if you are going to bring your pet along you will need to bring a lead.
Tariffs:
Peak season from December 20th – January 31st and Easter ( which includes NSW and Vic school holidays)
$1,500 p/w – 7 night minimum
Shoulder season from February 1st –April 30th and then from September 1st – December 19th
$900 p/w – 3 night minimum ( $130 per night)
Off-peak season from May 1st – August 31 except school holidays
$750 p/w – 3 night minimum, $110 per night
Cleaning fee $80
Please note that the above tariffs are for 2 guests only. Extra adults or children incur $25 per night fee.
